What is Gifting?
Gifting is a unique feature on the HipBar app and Gifing website that you can use to send gift drinks to anybody of legal drinking age. On HipBar Gifting website, you can gift Product gift cards (gifting a specific SKU product) and on HipBar app, you can gift Product giftcards (gifting a specific SKU product) or generic / denomination based gift cards. On receiving a gift card, the recipient can head to the HipBar-affiliated retail store & pick up the gifted drink as per the SKU gift card or a product of their choice with as per the denomination of the generic gift card.
What are HipBar gift cards? What can I gift with them?
There are 2 types of gift cards you can choose from. You can gift either:
- From the HipBar Gifting website, Product gift cards can be gifted.
- From the HipBar app, generic / denomination based gift cards can be gifted.
What can I buy with a Product (SKU) gift card?
If you’ve received a Product (SKU) gift card, you will be able to redeem that specific drink using HipBar app
How do I gift a Product gift card on Gifting website?
Tap START GIFTING on the homepage -> Enter recipient details -> Select recipient’s city -> Select genre -> Choose drink to be gifted -> Add to gift basket -> Add a personal message (optional) -> Pay & Checkout.
What is my gift card validity?
One year from the date the sender sent you the gift card. For example, if the sender sent you the gift card on 04th October 2019, it’ll be valid till 03rd October 2020. If the gift card has expired, please contact [email protected].
